A native of Atlanta Georgia USA, Mr. James Marshall Jr. received his musical training in Atlanta from Scott Gus and Arthur Kopp.
Living today in Louisiana, he has held a professorship at Louisiana State University since 1977, and since 1982 has served as Piano Player at the Rag Training Musical Art Center. He conducts master piano classes at Baton Rouge School of Music and in Amarillo Texas School of Arts.
